NO HORN OR HAZARDS

RECENTLY TOOK OFF MY DASH TO PAINT IT AND NOW ITS BAK ON MY HORN AND HAZARD LITES DNT WORK ? ANY IDEAS ?

It's your capslock key that's the problem, turn it off and you'll be sweet as...

Yep, had my caps lock stuck on once. Made the idle rough, was hard to start and would falter at the lights.
Caps lock can cause all sorts of problems, most common of which is a sarcastic response.
