how to remove centre console

1997 ae101 wagon nz new

have removed the part around the hand brake but need to take of the centre console part around gear lever etc, cant find screws or clips anywhere???

any ideas?

need to get my gear shift unit out so i can install the quick shift kit.

urgent advise please.

Dont know about this specific vehicle, but on almost all the cars I've done, it's just clipped on. Just pull, hard.
