AE86 struts into KP60

Postby craigt » Mon Jan 24, 2005 8:04 pm

Im looking at fitting AE86 struts into my KP60 for a number of reasons.
Bigger tube diameter, larger range of inserts, easier to manufacture adjustable spring seats and easier to mount aftermarket calipers.
However I would like to know exactly what effect these struts will have on my negative camber, also is there a problem with balljoint and steering linkage interchangeability.

I plan to run Peugeot rotors with Willwood Dynalite 4 pot calipers inside 14" wheels
If it doesn't fit, force it.
If it breaks it needed replacing anyway!

Not sure on camber issues, haven't heard of any probs but havent done it myself. Do a search here, on http://www.club-k.co.nz/Forums/
or http://www.kp61.net/theBoard/index.php?sid=a490e20ae6758bafce68b4323ae17240
It is a pretty common swap.
