best mods for my new car?

hey all the dx is gone but i now have a new toy a 1993 ae101 fxgt

so what should i do first as apart from a k&n panel filter it is stock...even still has cat converter

i was thinkin cams,exhuast, bigger trumpets etc but is there anyway to get around that pesky AFM?? like a piggy back system etc?
