putng a pod on a fxgt

hey all i hav a 1989 4age fxgt
and im wanting to put a pod on, but
there is the air senser that goes into the pipe thats cool i can wrk around that ,
bt is the 1 that is on the side of the air box,
that has me all @%^$^#$
if that makes cents

Airflow meter?

Goto repco, tell them you have an 89 fxgt with a 4age, you want an adapter for the airflow meter for a podfilter.

i use to have a 89 FX-GT. this was wen i first put the pod on it. that black box you can remove, it just silences the induction noise. the red top engine which im sure you have as shown in the pic dont have a air/flow metre :D . if you want you can put the pod straight on the intake manifold (silver thing) looks and sounds mint but wont make ur car go much if any faster. if you keen for speed place the battery in the boot ($20) and put the pod right at the front and/or down low

thats the big photo from narm. learn to use the thumbnail thing on Imageshack maybe?

the sensor your talking about isnt the air flow meter sensor. its called a Air intake temperature sensor. just plumb it into the intake pipe after the new air filter
