Experiences with VF10

Hey all, Before I start, I know there is lots of info on this around the net, but cant really find anything specific.

For the 4AGTE engine im building, Ive got access to a rebuilt IHI VF10, and manifold to suit the 4A.

Has anyone ever run one oh these on a GTE before? Whats it like as far as lag etc goes?

The engines main purpose will be for track work so Im not looking for huge power, just quick response etc.
