I don't think it would be a good idea.
The G head is designed for more power higher up.
The F head is designed for more torque down low, driving round town and what not.
Now I'm no ECU expert, but seeing as it controls the fueling, it might end up too lean down low and too rich up high. Because it's programmed for the G head. Of course, I don't know how much allowance the ECU has for adding or subtracting extra fuel from the mixture is...
