SUPER CHARGER HELP

Postby CAMB01 » Mon Apr 25, 2005 5:00 pm

Ok the situation is i bought an AE92 Map Super charger motor, problem being is when i bought it, it was diassembled and thrown into boxes, my problem is, i havn't seen a Super charger motor assembled out of the car, so i am having difficulties assembling it. I have done quite a bit so far, but i feel there is quite a bit missing that i don't know about, sorry no pics yet.
If somebody can give some pics, or even come look at ma motor and give me some info it would be greatly appreciated.

what i really need to know at the moment is where all the air lines go.
Please don't tell me to go and do a search, i have but i can't understand what the diagram is, i like to see things in real life as they are.

Which Toyota dealership do you work at ee904age?
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

If you are putting the engine into another car you can do away with alot of the vacuum stuff.
There isnt alot there from memory mainly the brown valve which goes from the manifold to the valve and from the valve to the fuel regulator on the rail, and the blue valve which connects to the bypass valve which you want to disable anyway.
Most other lines are for power steering idle ups etc.
Tell us what you are putting it into and do you have power steering?
