changing silvertop vvt pulley

done a search and came up with nothing.
can anyone tell me whats involved in changing the vvt pulley.

Loosening off the cambelt tensioner, unbolting the old pulley, fitting the new one resetting the tensioner. Theres a few covers to come off the front of the motor and the cam cover so you can hold the camshaft while you undo the bolt.
