4k engine rebuild help

I planning on rebuilding a 4k engine to put in my KE30. I am wanting to make the engine produce more power but still be drivable. Any ideas or help as to what to do or where i can get parts from would be good . Also if anyone know the spec of these engines that would be good as well, eg: Bore, stroke, etc.

Well how about a lumpy cam, new timing chain and gears, port and polished head, double or heavy duty valve springs, extractors, and big carbs (recomend sidedraught webbers or dellorto;s)
