Hey

Got my self a blacktop20v head, and just doing a bit of setting up, I was wanting to know what the lift of the Exhaust and Inlet were at TDC??

not much i would say they open just before tdc roughly 10-50 degrees btdc i think

I need values, in thou's, thats why its not much, but need to know so i can set up my cam wheels.

Inlet opens at 5° BTDC and closes 65°ABDC with vvt off
Inlet opens at 35° BTDC and closes 35°ABDC with vvt on

Set it to that and then measure it yourself. Normal cam spec's are not at TDC so you will probably not find them.
