found this thing in my car just above the ecu behind the stereo, anybody know what it is, its 13pin and has some sort of knob to adust

the numbers above where the only numbers on the unit, not 100% sure that they are correct cause theres a lill mark on the numbers an cant quite tell, but im sure thats it 07(71)00-1630, the numbers in () are the 1 scratchd out

there should be a sticker with toyota numbers on it, or they could be moulded into it, look hard they can be hard to see.
denso numbers cant be looked up

It might be a wiper delay box do the wipers go with it unplugged?

yea they do i tried that, cause theres so wires leading up where the window wiper motor is, the car runs fine with this unplugged also, i think it has something to do with the heater unit or a/c, but what is the adjustable knob for
