I am replacing the gearbox in my car now that is has a few issues, too many to mention here.

The setup that I have at the moment, is I have a 3S-GTE in a ST-191. The gear box that I am using curently is I belive out of a ST-171.
I picked up a replacement E36 box the other day from a wrecker and am going to do the replacement in a couple of weeks. What I need to know is
1) Will I have any problems with the clutch plate and flywheel etc during assembly?
2) What should I do to the box before I put it in?
3) Are the driveshafts a match?
4) I notice on the box that there is an oil cooling pipe on it. Is it worth hooking that up to the now unused oil cooler that is intergrated in the Radiator? (Or would I be better using that for the engine, or turbo oil?
5) What other traps am I likley to fall into?
