it's missing on a celica i want to buy....it has 3 plug leave there!!

I had that once.

The doctor removed it with a spatula. However I understand herbologists have a cream for it.

does it have cruise ? maybe looks like a cruise control box that i once had in a h**da hard to tell from a pic that far away any better pics ?

yes...it's the translation of my chinese name......
just bought that celica today.......and will go back hong kong and get some cheap parts for it...(parts here is so so expensive)....

in Toyotas you will find many plugs that aren't plugged in to things. They try to use as many common parts as possible to reduce costs, so there will often be plugs for options/features that your car didn't come with, but others did.
Since it's in that corner i'd suggest it may be ABS related.
