2TGEU Cooling Question

My mates 2TGEU (in a KE70 Wag) keeps overheating, replaced the thermostat and radiator cap, still overheats. Looking at changing the waterpump next... anyone done this before? Very hard or is it relatively easy?

really really easy, just get the part, a few bolts/nuts and some silicon and you'll be sweet. If ya take the rad out it will be much easier, and a good opertunity to go get it flushed properly.
