torque spec needed for SW20 mr2

Ok, ive finally got it all back together but i need to know how tight to do the nut up on the drive axle...i think it needs to be set properly or the wheel bearing will destroy itself.
Any help would be great, and also if anyone has a PDF version of the workshop manual or knows where to DL one from...
