South Island (Otago) Engine Rebuilders ?

Alright guys, im looking for a talented individual/company to rebuild my CA18DET.
Has 145,000 on the clock but im looking at adding bigger turbo, etc. etc.. so on, so thought I had better get her freshened up before i give her too much shit.
Anyone got any ideas ?
I just want a bottom end freshen up, ill take the head to E&S head services down here to get that recon'd.
How much am i looking at for a rebuild, crank and rods shot peened and a balance?
