Where did that diag box go???

just lookin through the engine bay of ma ae82 fx-gt an i saw that there was no diag box 2 be found. is there flaw to this or am i just blind

Often on early 4age motors there is no diagnostic box as such.
There should be a round 2 pin plug hanging off the loom somewhere doing nothing. It should have a rubber cover over the end of it to stop dirt getting in (often the rubber cover is missing).
Just connect the 2 pins with a piece of wire and the computer will be in diagnistic mode.

I used to think that the orange and green tictacs gave you special powers. The orange ones would make you stronger and the green ones would make you faster. So i used to eat some green ones and run around my lounge as fast as i could, then eat the orange ones and try to pick up the sofa. I wish it were true!
