Im in the process of beefing up my smallport redtop and am at a loss in regards to weather i should get new cams, get bluetop big port cams, or just get my current cams worked and get adjestable cam gears. I've searched but havn't come up with anything uber helpful.

Also it would help me greatly if someone were to list some ballpark prices for the above options.

I know you tech heads must get sick of these 4age questions so ill apologise now...sorry

Ive got $2k sitting in my account just wating to be spent on the engine...so any other ideas would be appreciated also...i've tried talking to my car crazy mates but they all say different things

I assume you've done the usual intake, headers and exhaust mods required to allow cams to be effective?

why not look at doing some suspension work to allow you to better utelise your current power and increase grin factor

Why continue? surely you wont get any of it back when the time comes to sell the car, and you'd just be p1ssing away any funds you've stored up to buy a new car?

anyhow...

i'd look at getting a decent cold airbox and induction sorted, and also a set of extractors & a 2&1/4" mandrel exhaust done.. and then start on the suspension if, corners are your thing
