by now people are probaly sick of hearing about my car but none the less , i need to know what is the inlet and fuel return on the fuel rail of the silvertop, thanks

It's no different to how the original bluetop one was set up. Goes from the top of the fuel filter to the gearbox end of the fuel rail using the original hose. Run the return back under the plenum as far as I remember.

For your throttle cable, put it through the gap above the crossmember behind the fuel tank, rather than under it and it should be long enough.
