ke70 gearstick??

i know this sounds like a stupid quetion but i tryed taking my gearnob off today and failed. i throught it would just screw off?? well if anyone knows how to take them off it would be much appreciated. thanks

Woudn't have thought that a KE70 is any different to any others. Could be that the thread inside the knob is worn and no longer working its way up the thread as it should.

Have you tried the good old twist and pull at the same time ?

Stupid question I know, but which way were you turning it ?

as above, twist and pull

is it the standard one or an aftermarket? some aftermarket just allen key on rather than thread, hence turning wont welp at all.

Good point on the aftermarket one :wink: was a bit slow out of the blocks with that :lol:
