st185 / wiring diagram / turbo timer

Postby Adydas » Fri Dec 23, 2005 4:01 pm

OK firstly, ive just realised how much the " Search " function is arse, i searched for things along the lines of " Wireing diagram " st185 boostguage turbo timer all sorts of key words to find what im after and i get 600 thread suggestions some of what are OFF TOPIC? im sorry but how does the search function work? Random select.?

Anyway why i am here im still looking on Alltrac.net etc but so far no luck so if and when i find what im after ill share it here so to give this thread some point BUT on the off chance alltrac.net etc shows me nothing

Anyone got any suggestions on how to obtain a wireing diagram for a st185, Im trying to tack some electronics onto the turbo timer / under dash install.

I need suggestions where to find Posative, Negative Iluminate (when the lights are on) and 12v When Ignition on.

maybe the problem with the search is your spelling?
anyway I'd suggest getting the Chilton's manual for the Celica, lots of wiring diagrams.

Easiest way to find the wires you need though, is with a multimeter or test light.

Do you own a multimeter?, only like $10 from dick smith for a little one which will solve all your problems. With one of them finding your listed wires is dead easy.

and not digging you about the search, but you can specify what part of the forum you wish to search- e.g. tech- that reduces the results somewhat anyway.
Cant believe im still a member here.
