Coilovers in a MR2

Advantage? Any disadvantages? I have heard that you need to get a cert as well, though not if you keep the OE tophats?

Any body help me on this?

you dont need a cert if they are made by toyota for the mr2. ie TRD.
and you also need to keep the stock or toyota top hats

top hats are stock...however Ithought Trd didnt make coilovers for the AW11?

These arent trd...

that is correct, they dont any more.
so your going to need a cert
