i can see the mark on the crank where tdc lines up easy, but where to i find the marks for the camshafts? im guessing somewhere on the camgears their is a nic or white paint and on the inner timing cover their is a mark their im suppposed to follow? i really wanna get this car on the road i have had it for 2 months and still not drivable grrrrr

any help terribly apreciated, id allmost pay for pics

The marks are two "dot" like thing. Basically a impression.

On the cam gears, should be real easy to see (one cam may have two dots..)

And also looking in through the oil filler hole, you should see an indent on the inlet cam when its lined up right.
See ya

I had trouble seeing that indent in the oil filler cap... Like, I couldnt find it.

My car runs fine though just using the other two marks.

yeah found the groove, hiden under a dot of white paint that i couldnt see under workshop light.. , now car starts and doesnt idle, well does when cold, but stalls when warm, i havnt done the timing but took it for a drive and it seems like the supercharger isnt working at all... again would that be timing? damn cars starting to stress me out... 2 months driven only a handfull of times

to set the timing, wire a paperclip between T and E1 terminals inside the diagnosis connector, otherwise the ECU will be going spark advance control.
