Want my parts list.. cover EXCATLY what you need.

317 bucks i think of parts.

Bearing
tensioner
belts
cambelt
head gasket
Water pump
thermostat
Rotor
dizzy
leads
plugs
( Valve stem seals dependingon ages and $$ )
head rebuild and clean. make it look all sexy like this think it was about 400 bucks all up for Valve steam seals, labour and other seals and a head gasket.

BLOODY cheap im WELL impressed, and highly reccomend carrying out the work if the motors of ages and you can afford it. Got a full clean, all the clearances etc checked.

swap the downpipe and turbo for something better :)

don't bother touching the head, do valve cover gasket and replace the screws with bolts, pull the coolant hose that comes out of the back of the block at #4 cylinder off and check if it's blocked up (2 out of 3 of my 3sgtes have been!), if it has high km's then replace the hose from hell. Replace thermostat too
