Aircon problems

Hi guys. Don't know if anyone can help me but my Aircon is playing funny lately.

basically, the A/C switches from cold to Hot by itself without me touching the slider, but when I slide the switch to hot back to cold, then the AC go back to cold. Is not just with A/C, even with just the fan on without the AC going. Its happening constantly. Can their be a fuse problem, or a short?? or is my control pannel buggered??
