Vibrations in the Wet

Postby Just_Juzz » Tue Mar 21, 2006 8:40 am

Hey All,

On really rainy days (today?) my car (1998 GT Caldina) gets bad vibrations coming throught he floor under acceleration.

Its like water is hitting the driveshaft and causing it. Anyone had this before?

Only happens in really wet conditions.

Do they have traction control? Or a variable center diff?

mine does this, used to be just in wet, now in dry as well

exhaust hitting driveshaft

i think its cause my exhaust has cracked from having no flexi, and has moved a bit

if it is 4WD maybe it is 4WD binding? I thought only subarus and hondas suffer from it...
