i was wondering (this may seem a stupid question) but i was wondering the differences are between adjusting the damper rate and spring rate in suspention? how do they differ?

damper rate limits on how fast the suspension can travel / how much they stop the jello motion / how to react to sudden changes in up/down movement.

While spring rate will mainly affect on how much a suspension resists from compressing, mainly affect how much a car tilt.

The harder the suspension in the front, the more you understeer, if harder at the back, you'll oversteer.

They all go hand-in-hand to each other and there is no set formulae.
No "stance", no "hellaflush", none of that bullshit. Nothing but no grip on full boost.
