2ggze vs b18cr

Postby Reaper_2000 » Thu May 25, 2006 12:13 am

hi guys , just wondering how these two engines performed compare to each other?

my google searching didnt seem to bring up much, other than basic kw rating. im assuming the b18cr will have a higher redline too?

look forward to the replys :)

im using a PDA, between limited to 1 window, and various other restrictions of my browser.. searching sux on it

would it be fairer to say its more comparable to a b18c ? or is that even too over-rated, seeing as the b18c is quite a strong engine in terms of power delivery also.

*edit* was directed to a magazine article that showed it making similar power to a 120kw mini (the 2ggze) 8O

another thing to consider

b18 is in the lighter integra, near 1000kg

2zzge is coupled with more heavy corolla, celica and mrs.

Sounds like you have your Z's And G's mixed up as what you're discribing (as HELBND has mentioned) there sounds an awful lot like the 2ZZGE that others in this thread are mentioning.

Does a 2GGZE even exist?

lol i dont think it does.

does this come coupled with a 6speed box in any cars? possibly some of the newer celicas ? although i am under the impression the 6speed celicas have a 2litre (3sge perhaps?)
