for you guys who like their 3s engines facing the wrong way.....
may or may not help.... but iv just come across a townace model that had the 3sfe from factory.
96-01 sr40 and sr50.
use the g series gear box

Any idea if it sits the motor upright or canted over like fwd?

looks like its upright to me.

so i got curious and had a look..... the chaser series also had the s engine, i knew the mid 80s versions had them but it appears it carried on to include the 100 series

all of the above..... 80, 90 and 100 series had the 4sfe.

Logically one would assume they'd be SX81/SX90/SX100...but who knows?
