has anyone done this?

would think it would flow alot better

just have to move the supercharger and use a different belt?

Would the effort by worth it though?

Same effort to chuck a bigger pulley on it and increase the boost.

Exactly what I have done, the 4agze intake manifold is quite restrictive and with the use of a n/a manifold you can use the n/a throttle body which is larger than the supercharged one. A different belt and a new top mounting bracket will be needed, however this may not work in a fwd setup but in rwd there is a bit of room for the super charger to be on the angle. Also new inlet and out pipes for the the supercharger will be needed

Which ZE are we talking about?

Either way you would be best matching the NA manifold to the correct head. IE bigport to bigport smallport to smallport.

With a huge step in a mismatched manifold, just before intake valve, you're severely restricting flow.
The answer is Helmholtz!
