ignitor wiring worries :(

if i dont have an ignitor wiring chart, is there a way i can find out which wire does what with like a mulitmeter etc.?

yep you should be able to, aslong as the ignitor is all in a car and running etc. otherwise, what type of ignitor is it? someone here might already have done all the hard work.
