Probably want to be a bt more specific on the carb and things as if its got emissions stuff on then there will be a lot of different ones depending on manufacturer and so on

Its on a pair of honda twin carbs, I just like the tech help on this forum.
Im just wondering if there are common things, i can work out most of them, but some have me stumped. like liitle vacuum pistons attached to the throttle, is this so it does something once vacuum reaches zero? vaccum is new to me and im pretty good at working things out but i jsut need a little help
