To the best of my knowledge I don't think there is anything, though I must admit I haven't looked that hard. I am saying this as we've done quite a few now as wire-in installations running either Haltech, or Link Ecu's, I'm sure that if there was an easily available plug & play setup that was of use, these guys who we did wire-ins for would've gone the plug & play route. In saying that you could always match up the ecu header socket & get another one & use this to make an adaptor loom from whatever ecu you wanted to back to the stock loom, that way it would just be a matter of sorting out the ecu configuration, I've done this with both ep82/91 starlets & a few other cars that plug & play units are easily available for(sure AP engineering make them, but who has got 3-6months to wait for a new one)

There are several ECUs available from Japan that are plug and play, but getting English software to tune them is next to impossible.

It's easy enough to make a plug and play adapter loom for most of the aftermarket ECUs, provided they can share ignition signals, the Auto ECU shouldn't have any problems with shifting. The manual ECU could be eliminated altogether.

Another option is using a piggy back unit like the Greddy E-Manage or the HKS F-ConS.
