hey have put a headunit in my kp61.could not find a wire carring ignition so cut the wire at the back of the barrel and installed a distribution block.this splits the wire in two.Anyway this is a bit doodgy a bit of jiggling is sometimes needed for the car to start.any ideas?have already tried some conector thing and soldering.
any help much apreciated.

yeah could cause problems like you've already described, if the wires arent connected back up properly...
make sure they are secured properly to the distrubition block, or whatever you are using now.

yea think the problem may of been a wire a little futher down the track will just wait and see what happens before i do anything.
