I used to think that the orange and green tictacs gave you special powers. The orange ones would make you stronger and the green ones would make you faster. So i used to eat some green ones and run around my lounge as fast as i could, then eat the orange ones and try to pick up the sofa. I wish it were true!

Was the guy's sign-on Peewee on celicasupra.com or toymods.net?? I know he was making 1uz mounts primarily for the Mk II Supra (MA61) but he did say they would work in the MX73 Cressida chassis. He may have info on fitting the 1uz in the RX chassis.....

The mounts were about $220 (NZ) shipped.

I like this idea, that would be a cool car for sure. To keep cost down try to make sure you get a *complete* engine and trans with all sensors, loom ecu, everything. Give the trans a good t-tech service and just drive it. Mean :)

Postby docTRD » Mon Oct 30, 2006 10:30 pm

yea im definately thinking about it now, just quite a few aspects would need to be taken into consideration such as rear diff - would definately need and upgrade, also axles and would i change stud patter and just bolt say a larger cressida diff from a 7m-ge newer model? but since ive got summer ahead of me and time i definately think il be picking up a 1uzfe for xmas ! hehe :D
