water pump leaking

(RWD 4age bluetop) my water pump is leaking from the small hole in the bottom of it. not a little bit but a whole freaking lot. does this mean a new water pump or is there something else wrong?

means new waterpump.

the hole is called a 'tell tale'
and indicates when the seal has gone in the pump
