ST215 - Oil cooler

Postby AJz » Sun Mar 04, 2007 10:08 am

Has anyone successfully changed the stock watercooled oilcooler in a ST215 to air ???

I think that main problem is gonna be to get it all to fit. And then a case of blocking off the water pipes but that aint hard.

Its just an idea, curious to see if others have done it......AL (DrivenPerformance)???
I had vtax :(

Why remove the stock cooler?

Just do what all the aftermarket kits do, use a sandwich plate on the oil filter.

Not yet, mines already got the sandwich plate, but it's taken up with oil temp & pressure sensors right now.
