how to stick insulating film to IC (3sgte)

what sort of glue, tape or spray should i use to stick the insulating film to the IC ?

does it need to be heat resistance?

what is it called and where do i get it ?

i believe the lagging you mean has an adhesive backing o it

you can get it from most reputable speed shops ( read not repco , or supercheap auto , for the most part )

make sure the core is spotlessly clean, then you should be ok ..

somewhere like the GT4OC ( uk based gt4 dedicatyed forum ) might have a HOW TO on doing this

A few mates in oz have also done it on their 205's with better than stock results

I bought some insulated stuff off Adrian at Jap Race & after stripping all the paint off my WTA I/Cooler proceeded to stick it to the underside with 'No more nails' + running I/C pump constant keeps I/C much cooler.

The stuff I got is shiny on one side & weaved heat material stuff on other.

The 'No more nails' worked a treat & I've had no problems.

Instructions were obtained from GT4OC which I have saved as a Word doc so if wanted I can send to your e-mail.
