Engine bay size... MR2 vs Ae101

Postby soopachargen » Mon Mar 05, 2007 8:25 pm

How does the engine bay compare between an aw11 or sw20 and an ae101?? Do I have more room in the corolla??
When in doubt, down and out.

From having both a couple of aw11s and a couple of ae* cars, the ae wins out.

Yeah you've got the wide part of the motor in the skinny part of the engine bay so thats why you drop the motor out the bottom of the AW.
See ya

also the aw11/sw20 doesn't have annoying shit like master cylinders, vacuum booster, steering rack, radiator etc to prevent you from using all the available space :)
