AE85 - AE80 Panel Interchangability

Are the headlights, guards and bonnet the same on an AE80 to a pre facelift AE85?

if you are talking about the car im thinking of then yes you can fit the head lights but it will look like its had a hard life sniffing other cars bums. there is a levin in chch that has done it and yea its pretty from far but far from pretty. they are almost the same but still not 100% fit perfect. no the panels wont fit.

ae80? thats a fwd thing....
i wouldnt have thought anything would be swappable?

i've used ae82 lights and grill in an ae85. looked ok from a few metres, but up close it wasnt any show pony, gaps etc. but for free it did the trick.
