2E Cylinder Head Removal and Relacement

Does anyone have the instructions (i.e. like from a workshop manual) for head removal and replacement on a 2E engine? Thanks in anticipation.

haynes sell tehm, they come with 4af and 4age also. get em from supercheap etc, pretty cheap also.
