If money isnt holding you back, Goodyear Eagle F1's are awesome. I had them on my Detomaso, and it handled awesomely.

I know Al had them on his SW20 at one stage, and he thought very highly of them as well.

Yep, GSD3's are the bomb diggidy. Unbeatable in the wet. Which is important for an SW :)

THASHZ has them on his Mark II Chaser. We were out in the wet and he jabbed it to the left, and then jabbed it to the right. Didn't break traction in the slightest.
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

Using Sportmaxx up front, thought I'd understeer and crashed into a BMW, instead the back end (Nankang NS-2's) swing out, losta fun :) This was in the wet.
No "stance", no "hellaflush", none of that bullshit. Nothing but no grip on full boost.

Another for sportmaxx. Great tyres. Did a good job of trying to hold my non lsd fwd 4agte.

If you don't want to spend as much, go dunlop direzzas. They are a nice tyre for the money. Good grip in wet and last a pretty long time.

Don't get Eagle F1's *if* you're going on the track. They melt in spectacular fashion as the production racing guys found out a couple years back.

ive driven on direzzas (have them now) and GSD3 and the gsd3 had more grip but let go without as much warning. direzzas and formula are noisey as fark. If you have extra money to spend then get some r rated tyres and you'll never go back. toyo 888 or the dunlop DO1J are very popular are have insane grip levels and will get warrents. Not too noisey either. Also they are made to fit a large tyre on a small rim, say 225 on a 6.5' rim. Perfect for rear on mr2 8)
