hey i found this bracket in the garage when i was tidying up the other day but have no idea whats it for.

The only thing that springs to mind is that bracket at the bottom which connects the exhaust to that other bracket that holds the alternator etc.
Though I think that one is narrower and has a 90deg bend in it.

yeah, pulled all the brackets off my aw11 4agze a while back and that bracket is definitely narrower. never saw one like you've pictured on my engine though...

Bolts to the very bottom of the block.

today i was working on my brothers ZE and found where the bracket goes.....its the mount for the alternator! yuss...now i can get rid of my shitty as one
