You could possibly try some dobi sport ones depending on your price range. I got a set for my 101 for, from memory $320 for the set. The draw back on this is that i fitted them myself so if you are unable or don't have the gear to do it yourself it's going to be more expensive. I found the dobi's with standard shocks in good condition were a good ride, weren't stupidly low and knocked off all of the understeer my 101 used to have and turned it into slight oversteer on exit. With the new springs i also nocked circa half a second off my average lap time around manfield as well so slight handelling improvement.
As for the springs you are getting can't comment although they shouldn't be to bad, the bouncy that ace sniper is talking about is if your shocks and springs are so differnt in rate that the shocks can't keep up. If you just go low and not super low or really stiff spring rates you should be ok
