Shocks for AE111 BZ-R

Hi, i just wondering how much is to replace the front and the rear shocks for my BZ-R with super strut and also if i wanna change to coil-overs or adjustable where could i get them and around how much??? Has anyone done this before? Thanks all

you want shocks.... or coil overs... one or the other
been superstrut you will be looking at 1500$+? for coilovers

stock genuine shocks are cheap... under $500 a set.

as for coil overs.....as mentione. being s/s they will cost a bit more than other cars

Well i e-mail a shocks and suspension shop today to get a price for the front and rear KYB shocks they say that the front will cost me 507+gst each and the rear cost 177+gst each.....i was like shocked abt how expensive the front shocks are....

The coil-overs is way off my budget, are there any other options i can go for with a budget of $1000? If not, i think i'll just stick to the genuine shocks and put my dobi springs in them since my ex-owner lowered the car with those..... but i dunno if this brand is good or not, also wil the factory shocks be too soft for these springs?

The genuine shocks are really good, I've got them with TRD springs in my superstrut ae101, and it handles great.

New shocks and new TRD springs were under a grand for me about a year ago.

So in your price range that's what I'd recommend.
