Caldina GT4 - Emanage Ultimate combination

I need to know which is the correct engine to select when programming the ultimate for the Caldina GT4. When I select the 3sgte (Fl or PR) the car will not start. However, if select 2AZ-FE, it starts but the timing is all wrong. The engine spotters along for a while. It has something to do with crank angle sensor type.

What am I doing wrong?

I think you have to select the 3S-GE vvti engine as that shares the same crank signal as the Caldina engine. The 3S-GTE settings in the E-Manage are for the earlier versions with the 24 tooth sensor, not the 36-2 sensor that the Caldina engine uses.
