ECU wiring

Postby Boosted_162 » Wed Jun 06, 2007 6:52 pm

I just got my hands on a BLITZ ecu for the 3SGTE. The thing is, compared to a ST185 wiring diagram its exactly the same, but its different to my facelift ST185 ecu. What im thinking of doing is making an adapter loom, but to do this id need a female set of ecu plugs, because im not wanting to butcher my loom.

Are female ecu plugs available? Or do i have to butcher a ecu to get the plugs?

Patch looms are available, but they cost 10,500yen, at today's exchange rate that's around $150 landed in NZ.

Field in Japan make the looms. They dont list a ST185 version but it's the same as the SW20 (Part CN-3)
