Caldina GTT ST215W brake rotor

which other car rotor can fit directly on the caldina without any modification? can the camry 87-91 rotor work? front and back mainly front if not which other car, subaru legacy or wrx, what? please help me out!

what situation means you need to find a different rotor to fit?

yes exactly caldina ones are too soft, need upgrades, so need a car that uses the same style rotor.

i think you'll find the softness / hardness of the rotor is more a factor of the rotor manufacturer than the car its intended for.

get genuine if you are worried about them being too soft (??) more expensive but cant go wrong imo.

generally speaking euros use harder pad compounds and softer steel in their rotors, while the jappas are the reverse - which is why you'll often find cars with 200k + still on their original set of rotors.

yeah.... cant say iv heard that complaint before.... and i know a few ppl who drive theirs hard!

get new genuine rotors under $250 a pair

Not the ST205 rotors. Mine were undersize at 58000kms from new. The ST205 315mm disks and the large JZA80 ones (with 4 pots) wear quite fast. These models use hard pads.

ST206 and ST215w use the same brake componentry from memory. I sold my caldina some time ago though - so dont quote me on it!
