Baffling/fabricating a drop tank

Hey all,im in the process of buiding a stainless steel drop tank for my Ke36,is there any drop tank masters out there...is there anything i should know prior to getting my fabricator to weld it up...baffles etc?Also sheet thickness 2mm?Any help will be greatly appreciated

read the LTSA regs/rules about tanks, says what size sheet must be used etc. its on the LVVTA site

Had a look on that LVVTA site and i'l be damned if i could find it,i'l give our local certifier a ring today as for baffling the tank so that im not leaning out hitting hard corners with 1/4 of a tank of petrol does anyone have any tricks up their sleeves or know of a good site on this topic
